01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the st7777 online gaming platform, accessible at st7777.net ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise accessing any feature of st7777, you ("User", "Player", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the st7777 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms, including any amendments made in accordance with Section 12 below.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the st7777 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to the st7777 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gaming platforms is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of st7777 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from st7777 or had an account permanently suspended by st7777.

Age Verification Process

st7777 employs a mandatory CNIC-based identity verification process for all registered accounts. Age verification is conducted as follows:

• At registration, you must provide your full name and date of birth as they appear on your Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card).
• Prior to processing any withdrawal request, st7777 will require submission of a clear copy of your CNIC for verification.
• st7777 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any point during the lifecycle of your account.
• Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any remaining balance handled in accordance with applicable regulatory guidance.

03 Account Registration & KYC

Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the st7777 platform, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information held in your st7777 account. If any of your registered details change, you must update your account profile promptly. st7777 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active st7777 account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. st7777 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon discovery, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

st7777 operates a full KYC programme in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. KYC requirements include:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unexpired copy of your Pakistani CNIC (front and back).
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official document confirming your residential address, dated within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of the payment method(s) used to deposit funds into your st7777 account (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your registered mobile number).

st7777 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

st7777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All payment methods are subject to availability, minimum and maximum transaction limits, and applicable processing times as communicated on the platform.

Deposit Policy

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• st7777 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your st7777 account.
• st7777 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. Please check with your bank or mobile wallet provider.

Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed within your account dashboard.
• st7777 targets processing withdrawal requests within two (2) to five (5) business days, subject to KYC verification status and payment provider timelines.
• st7777 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before releasing any withdrawal, which may extend standard processing times.
• Withdrawals of winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements being fully satisfied prior to processing. See Section 5.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

st7777 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have completed KYC verification, unless otherwise stated.
• Each bonus promotion is subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "rollover requirement") which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be used within thirty (30) days of being credited to your account, after which they will expire and be removed.
• st7777 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be combined with one another unless specifically stated in the promotion terms.
• Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus manipulation — will have their bonus and associated winnings voided and their account may be suspended.
• st7777 employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in any bonus or promotional offer.

06 Betting Rules & Gameplay

All sports betting, casino game play, slot spins, poker hands, and bingo participation on st7777 are governed by the following general rules, supplemented by game-specific rules available within each game or betting market on the platform:

General Betting Rules

• All bets must be placed before the applicable event, market, or game closes for further wagers. In-play bets are accepted only during the designated in-play window, which may close at any time at the discretion of st7777.
• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per game. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface.
• st7777 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a pricing error, system fault, or data feed failure. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
• Bets placed on events where the outcome was already known at the time of placement will be voided.

Casino & Game Rules

• All casino games, including live dealer games, are governed by the rules displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with game rules before wagering.
• All slot games on st7777 are certified by independent testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures are accurate at the time of publication.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.
• st7777 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game. Games may be removed, suspended, or modified at any time.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the st7777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any activity that manipulates the outcome of a game, bet, or event.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the platform software. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or operating a wagering account as a service for others.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing st7777 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the st7777 platform software or infrastructure.

08 Responsible Gaming

st7777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its platform. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we have implemented a range of tools and safeguards to help players maintain control of their gaming activity.

Player Protection Tools

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time. Requests to lower deposit limits take effect immediately; requests to increase limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders that notify them of the duration of their current gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of between one week and five years. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked and no deposits or bets may be placed. Requests to reverse self-exclusion before the agreed period ends will not be accommodated.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the st7777 platform, including but not limited to the st7777 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, audio, and video content ("Platform Content"), is the exclusive intellectual property of st7777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform Content solely for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment of the st7777 platform. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any Platform Content without the prior written consent of st7777.
• Use any Platform Content for commercial purposes or in any manner that could damage the st7777 brand or reputation.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, logos, or branding from Platform Content.
• Create derivative works based on Platform Content.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, st7777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the st7777 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from platform downtime, technical faults, or game malfunctions.
• Loss or corruption of data stored in your st7777 account.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or SadaPay.
• Any disruption to gaming services caused by events outside st7777's reasonable control, including power outages, internet infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.

The st7777 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. st7777 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. st7777's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your st7777 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

st7777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the st7777 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data protection principles upheld by st7777 include:

• Personal data is collected only for lawful purposes directly related to the operation of the platform and the fulfilment of our regulatory obligations.
• Data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. st7777 does not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• KYC documents are retained only for as long as required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data st7777 holds about you, and to request corrections where the data is inaccurate.

12 Amendments to Terms

st7777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, st7777 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or an on-platform notification.

Your continued use of the st7777 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at st7777.net/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was made.

13 Termination

st7777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• st7777 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order.
• Your account shows no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months (dormant account policy).
• st7777 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with your account.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and any amounts under investigation) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of termination will be forfeited.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting the st7777 support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming standards and the principles of applicable law. st7777 operates under international licensing standards and adheres to globally recognised responsible gaming frameworks.

In the event of any dispute between you and st7777 arising from your use of the platform, we encourage you to first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be referred to st7777's internal dispute resolution process, the outcome of which will be communicated to you in writing within thirty (30) days.
